We started Voxra because running an estate shouldn't require five disconnected tools and a filing cabinet — and living in one shouldn't require queueing at a gate.
Residential estates are small towns: security at the boundary, governance responsibilities, infrastructure to maintain, and a community to keep informed. Yet most run on gate registers, WhatsApp groups, and spreadsheets that don't talk to each other.
Voxra replaces that patchwork with one platform. Residents get an app they genuinely like using. Estate managers and managing agents get a portal that makes the whole portfolio legible. Security teams get a gatehouse that keeps up with the gate. And trustees get the records and accountability their role demands.
