The service
Voxra provides estate management software comprising a resident mobile application, a web administration portal, and gatehouse tooling. The service is provided to estates and managing agents under a subscription agreement; residents access it through their estate.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Access codes you create must be for genuine visitors to your property.
- You may not attempt to access data belonging to another estate or user.
- You may not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
Estate data
Data entered by an estate and its residents belongs to the estate. On termination, the estate may request an export of its data, after which it will be deleted from the platform in accordance with our retention schedule.
Subscriptions
Voxra is provided to estates and managing companies under an agreed proposal or service agreement. Subscription scope, fees, onboarding, and support arrangements are set out in that agreement.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" during the pre-launch period. To the extent permitted by law, Voxra's liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
